Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds for PRO subscriptions within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. Refund requests must be submitted via email tosupport@essayne.com
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Send an email to support@essayne.com with your account email
- Include your subscription details
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions canceled after 30 days
- Refunds requested due to violation of Terms of Service
- Partial refunds for unused subscription time
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your LemonSqueezy account. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to PRO features until the end of the billing period.
